MamaEarth Bye Bye Blemishes Cream review – It helps in correcting uneven skin tone, acne marks, and dark spots. Here’s a detailed product review of an organic skin care product.

Every time you flip through the glossy magazines – you have that question in mind – how do these celebs always have the perfect flawless skin! Now, as a matter of fact, most of them don’t have flawless skins – makeup and a good dosage of Photoshop and Airbrushing create this illusion. But does it mean you don’t want a skin that is spot free or has an even skin tone? Of course, you want. I myself don’t have spotless crystal clear skin – I have imperfections and I have learned to deal with it. I have also decided to use organic products on my skin. So when I chanced upon this product I knew MamaEarth Bye Bye Blemishes Cream review had to be done. This product review is my experience of using this skin correcting cream for last few weeks.

Product review – MamaEarth Bye Bye Blemishes Cream review

I have been using the MamaEarth Bye Bye Blemishes Cream last few weeks as a night cream. I like the fact that this cream has organic ingredients like Daisy Flower Extract, Mulberry Extract, Shea Butter, Patchouli Oil. The lesser the chemicals the better for the skin.

I have oily skin and is extremely acne prone. I keep my skincare routine very basic to keep acne at bay. I don’t like products that are heavy and greasy. The MamaEarth Bye Bye Blemishes Cream is a light. Nongreasy cream that doesn’t leave a shiny layer.

It works as a great night cream for me – hydrates the skin and its soft and supple in the morning when I wake up. I can see a visible difference in my lower jaw area which had a few acne marks.

What did I like about the MamaEarth Bye Bye Blemishes Cream?

Brain Wonders: How to Improve Child’s Brain Development During Pregnancy #FeedIQ

by tinabasu March 22, 2018
written by tinabasu

Many factors can influence your Child’s Brain Development and nutrition is one of the key factors. For improved brain development, start early – include nutrient-rich food, vitamins and minerals supplements in your diet.

Did you know – your child’s brain begins forming in prenatal stage? Child’s Brain Development starts early i.e. just three weeks after conception. But in many ways, brain development is a lifelong journey. Brain development, in fact, begins with the formation and closure of the neural tube. Many factors can influence foetal brain development like genetics and stimulants, however, nutrition is one of the key factors.

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers

Child's Brain Development

When does your Child’s Brain Development start?

By the time you have found out you have conceived and have watched the tiny pole in the 3rd-week ultrasound scan, your child’s brain development has already started. Did you know during the foetal stage, the brain adds around 2.5 Lakh neurons or brain cells, every minute?

During the second trimester, the sensory organs and nerves begin to develop. By the 5th month, the baby can start to feel and by the 3rd trimester the brain forms learning abilities and begins to make memories.

Child's Brain Development when you are pregnant

As an expectant mother, what can you do to improve your Child’s Brain Development in the womb?

A mom is a baby’s best friend, protector, and caregiver. As a mom, you always want the best for your baby. What you feed your body will feed your child. You only want the best, so choose the best.

Providing right Nutrition for Child’s Brain Development

Right nutrition during pregnancy will help in an improved brain growth of your child. While you need a balanced nutrient-rich diet, there are some nutrients that are specially needed for your Child’s Brain Development.

DHA: Docosahexaenoic acid or DHA is a major structural fat found in the brain. Foods like fish, egg, banana are good dietary sources of DHA. However, baby’s DHA is prone to oxidation and needs protection against damage.

DHA for Child's Brain Development

Natural Vitamin E: Natural Vitamin E is a powerful anti-oxidant that prevents DHA from any oxidative damage. This intact DHA helps in child’s brain development. Almonds, spinach, avocado, sweet potato, fish are good dietary sources of Natural Vitamin E.

Nutrition for Child's Brain Development

While it’s important to meet the Nutritional Needs During Pregnancy through a nutrient-rich diet, you can also use vitamins and minerals supplements in your diet. SimMom IQ+   is one of the supplements that a mom can take. It is a blend of brain nutrients like DHA, Choline Iron Zinc and Iodine that support foetal brain development.

Iron and Folic Acid: Folic acid supplementation is responsible for reducing the risk of your baby having a neural tube defect. While iron helps in maintaining healthy red blood cells and providing oxygen throughout the body.

Child's Brain Development - Brain nutrients

Providing right Stimulant for Child’s Brain Development

Stimulants or infant brain exercises play a vital role in shaping a child’s cognitive skills. Your baby can hear your voice in utero. Those early small talks with your unborn isn’t just relaxing for you as a mom-to-be, it soothes the baby too. Listen to soothing music, talk to the baby. Research has shown that a baby can identify its mother’s voice but it can’t differentiate between the father’s and a stranger’s voice.

Talk to your child for your Child’s Brain Development

Your child’s brain development can be positively influenced by stimulation and nutrition. Provide the right nutrition to your unborn for an improved brain growth.  A mother is the best person to Feed her IQ and goodness to the baby through stimulants, breastfeeding and infant brain exercises – because all you want for your baby is the best!

cuddll social discovery app

What is this Social Discovery App, Cuddll?

Cuddll is social networking – lifestyle app that helps you finding friends by your interest of activities. It helps like-minded people to come forward and do something together. This social discovery app lets users discover people who are willing to participate in similar activities of your choice. Users can join “Cuddll’s” (informal social gatherings) & chat with other users who are also looking to attend the same gathering.

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers

Is Cuddll like the other Dating apps?

I got to know about Cuddll from a friend who recently shifted base to Delhi NCR after her job transfer. She settled down in her new apartment but hadn’t made friends to hang out socially apart from some team mates at work. But within some months her Facebook feed started looking really happening! She was at the best of places in Delhi NCR grooving to music, dancing the night out, going out camping! That definitely surprised us.

I decided to ping her and ask how she was being busier than the busiest socialite in a new city where she had no known friends. Its then she told me about her new found gang through Cuddll.

I asked her if the Cuddll app was like other dating apps that are pretty popular currently and whether it was safe. She explained, there’s no need for sharing your personal details like social media accounts or mobile number to the public through the app. You can choose to meet people for activities if you are comfortable. Cuddll is not a dating site, people or groups don’t meet up with dating on mind. It more recreational, social and for enjoying activities that you like doing. Thankfully it’s not one of those dating sites which are infamous for having weird people sending strange requests!

The Cuddll app is great for chatting up with like-minded people for activities that interest you both. Alia, my friend, is now part of a thriving weekend photography group who she met through the app. They go out bird watching over the weekends, go out camping in the nearby National Parks and we see the end results captured in her lenses on her Facebook Page. SHe definitely has found some great groups.

Being inspired by her, I thought of giving the app a try and see what all I can do on it. Here’s what I found on it.

How does Cuddll Work?

  1. The app is available for Free on iOS and Google Play Store

cuddll

cuddll social discovery app           2. It shows you various lists of interests and activities to choose from

cuddll social discovery app .

3. Choose an activity and add your location, preferred day and time

.         4. Become the host for the activity or cuddll in with others in their activities near you.

Who can benefit from Cuddll?

Cuddll app is meant for those who are new to a place and don’t have a social circle. If you have recently moved somewhere, if you are away from family and friends, if you are looking for social gatherings, Cuddll app is for you.

You can even plan a shopping tour, lunches and dinners or sport based activities like playing cricket, badminton or go swimming. If you are an avid photographer, you can find some like-minded friends in your area through this app.

Why did I like this Social Discovery App, Cuddll?

  1. You don’t need to disclose your identity or phone number, privacy is intact
  2. You don’t have to connect any social media account
  3. You can find like-minded people around you

The Cuddll app mixes the contemporary culture of meeting new people with the age old concept of making friends while doing something together. I loved the fact there are so many activities to choose from.

You can meet people who have interests in things like makeup – which I am not sure if you can find out any other way, if you already not know the person. I am someone who loves experimenting makeup trends and not many of my friends are following the trends. I hardly can interact or discuss techniques with any of my friends here. I am looking forward to finding my own group who love makeup and makeup trends. You never know, what’s in store!

I think these kinds of activities are great for learning new skills, seeking new adventures and meeting new people.

cuddll social discovery app

Since my privacy is not getting hampered with, I am happy I am not getting any obnoxious messages from random people trying to get friendly and sending weird messages. These kinds of people puts me off most of the times.

I have become a host now for a swimming activity because I love swimming and go for it daily. Let’s see if we can form a group in my area and all enjoy swimming and working out together. It will be a great motivation too.

I am quite happy for my friend Alia, that she is not feeling lonely in the new city and has formed her own gang who meet post-work or over the weekends for fun activities.

This looks like a cool social discovery app to me. Have you used the #cuddll app yet? Maybe you can give it a try and let me know in the comments below.

Check out the cool features of this social discovery app in the video below.
