I have been using the Vanya Herbals Pomegranate Face Cream which has fresh organic ingredients. I have already reviewed the Anaarshine Pomegranate Face Scrub from the same brand earlier and now the face cream has impressed me too. First Impressions!

Pomegranate skincare range is very new to me. While I am a big believer in using natural organic ingredients for my skincare, I have not used pomegranate as an ingredient before using the scrub and this face cream. It has such a pleasing and uplifting fragrance. The product is chemical free, 100% vegetarian and not tested on animals.  

So let’s get to the review.

The product comes in a small yet sturdy jar. I have loved all of their packagings. It comes in a premium jar. I totally with DIY product I am going to store in them once the product gets over!

My Experience of the Vanya Herbals Pomegranate Face Cream

I have been using this product for almost two weeks now. I use it in the mornings after cleaning my face with a face wash. The Vanya Herbals Pomegranate Face Cream is a thick and dense cream that is. Perfect for the winters. Yet when you apply it on your skin it doesn’t feel greasy.

Fragrance: Like their scrub, the face cream has a mild and sweet fragrance. It’s not too overpowering but just enough to make you feel nice.

Texture: The cream is dense and smooth. It is not greasy at all.

Color: The Vanya Herbals Pomegranate Face Cream has pomegranate extracts. The cream, however, is not pink in color. So I guess there’s no added color (which is great). The face cream is little off-white and cream-colored

How I Apply: After washing face or a bath I apply it on moist skin

I have sensitive skin that breaks out easily. Previously in my morning routine, I was just using a serum. But the serum is not enough for winters. So using a face cream that hydrates your skin well makes more sense. When I applied it first, I was little worried given the dense and thick texture of the Vanya Herbals Pomegranate Face Cream. But I was surprised how fast it got absorbed and how it didn’t feel greasy at all.

It gives your face a youthful glow, hydrates and moisturizes the skin well. It is suitable for normal, combination and dry skin.

Pomegranate as a skincare ingredient is absolutely amazing because it is full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It works like a natural astringent.
